Baby Shark.

Yesterday I had a my regular monthly doctors appt.  First the nurse came in and checked for the baby's heartbeat with the Doppler.  But she couldn't find it (same thing happened at my last appt.)  So when Dr. Kathie came in she check for the heart rate and couldn't find it either.  We did hear a bloop bloop sound from the baby swimming away from the doppler ;-).  My baby is a great hider.  So they set up an ultrasound at the hospital.  It would have been sooo much easier if they had a little machine in the building.   So I now I have to find stuff to do for 3 1/2 hrs before I go to the hospital.  Luckily I had already planned on going to Costco so that ate up a lot of time with shopping and then lunch.  We then went to go visit Shawna at Fed Ex and bug her until it was time to go to the hospital.
I'm soo glad Jonah was in a great mood while we had to wait at the hospital.  He had a lot of fun playing and watching people.  So we finally go in for the ultrasound.  Adam was there because he was taking his lunch brake.  It sure is handy that he works at the hospital.  For the ultrasound I thought they were just going to find the baby and check the heartbeat and that would be it.  But she took measurements of the baby and the heart and checked the heart rate (I think it was 157) and who knows what else.  When Jonah saw the baby on the screen he said "Shark".  So there you have it from the best expert around we are having a shark.
when the ultra sound was over and I was sitting up I looked at the screen and there were the measurements and to my surprise they were showing the baby at about 15 1/2 weeks.  Which is where my original due date would have put them.  So I was pretty excited to find out I was right and that the other ultra sound may have been off.  So I am going to start going by my original due date of June 26th.  Instead of the July 3 due date that I got from the first ultra sound.
